Customer service
The QOF is an organization that can help you choose the right outdoor vacation destination by providing the information it has about its member outfitters. Do you want to stay in a specific area, catch a certain species of fish or have a uniquely memorable holiday experience? Just go to the Outfitters section, of this Web site or contact the QOF by going to the Contact us section.
The QOF has also implemented a Code of Ethics that all of our member outfitters must respect. This Code, along with the Client Contract, are tools ensuring your vacation will be a complete success.
Services to member outfitters
In addition to representing its membership and promoting the outfitting industry, the QOF has the responsibility to keep its members apprised of the latest developments in the industry. This is done by means of the QOF newsletter, Le Pourvoyeur de Nouvelles, regional association meetings, the annual general assembly, the QOF Web site, etc.
The QOF must also provide outfitters with appropriate tools to help them effectively manage their businesses. QOF employees are at their disposal year round to answer their questions, as well as share their expertise in a number of fields, including administration, integrated resource management, geomatics and marketing.
The QOF's active members can take advantage of a number of benefits, such as a free, one-third-page ad in the Outfitters' Guide, a business profile on the QOF Web site and preferential rates for a range of goods and services provided by suppliers that are associate members of the QOF.
The QOF's seal of approval guarantees an QOF member outfitter will be attentive to client needs and respect industry regulations and the QOF's Code of Ethics.
